Attendance at the Pre Conference workshops is included also, however, lunch will not be provided on Sunday.
Registration Fees are in GBP and include VAT @ 20%
We are delighted to be host our symposium dinner at One Great George Street, the home of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
It is a historic Grade II listed venue in the centre of Westminster London.
Thanks to our sponsors, Geo Observations, we have been able to keep ticket prices to a minimum.
The tickets are £90 (inc VAT) and can be added to your registration. Guests and partners will be warmly welcomed and you can book additional tickets during registration also.

Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering.
Cards accepted are VISA, Visa Debit and MasterCard, unfortunately we cannot accept American Express or Maestro.
Full payment must be received in full prior to the symposium. If you register at the early registration rate, payment must be received in full by the Early Registration deadline. If payment is not received at this time, your registration rate will automatically be changed to standard registration and the higher fee will be due.
On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the symposium organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the symposium organisers by emailing email@example.com
Standard Cancellation Terms
Notification of cancellation must be submitted by email to the symposium organisers (In Conference Ltd) to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations made on or before the cancellation deadline (1 July 2022) will be refunded less the £50 administration fee. Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline will NOT be refunded.
By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.
Registration changes and Substitutions
Substitutions are allowed for delegates. Please notify the ISFMG 2022 secretariat in writing if substitutions are required.
Substituting a presenting author with an alternative person (one of your co-authors only) is acceptable and should be notified to email@example.com. Note that the name and order of the authors will not be changed in the symposium programme and proceedings.
No Shows will NOT be refunded.
By no means shall ISFMG 2022 be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for any problematic issue that may occur within the framework of the congress and its organisation, not only with respect to the organisers but also with respect to third parties (airline companies, hotels, transportation, taxis, etc.) while in the performance of duties or services even indirectly related to the symposium.
This contractual liability exemption clause is equally valid in case of an event of force majeure which leads to the disruption and/or the partial or complete cancellation of the symposium programme, for reasons not attributable to ISFMG 2022. An event of force majeure is defined as an unforeseen and exceptional event – be it climatic, environmental, political or socio-economic – and does not imply any limitation.
Furthermore, the delegate also expressly agrees to totally absolve ISFMG 2022 from any responsibility and liability with regard to travel insurance and related costs or claims. It is solely up to the individual to seek out and purchase or otherwise obtain the necessary insurance with regards to his/her travel, etc. and/or to independently issue a claim against any third party that may be responsible for direct or indirect losses or damages caused to or suffered by the delegate en route to and from the symposium.

ISFMG 2022 will use your personal data only for purposes connected to this meeting and no details will be passed onto any third parties.
Validity of Passports
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy. Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 6 months from the date of return.
Please be aware of unofficial websites offering hotel accommodation and registration packages. They are not representing ISFMG 2022 and you should only book via this website for registration and we advise you reserve accommodation only via our appointed the housing partner.
