Full Paper Format

Paper submissions must be done via the full paper submission site, papers not submitted via the site by the deadline will not be accepted.

All papers must be written in English, and follow this paper template (Microsoft Word file), which can be downloaded here.

All papers should include a title, author names and affiliations, and a corresponding author. The paper must have an abstract 200 to 300 words in length, and should have an introduction, main body, conclusions, and (as appropriate) references, tables and figures. Papers must not exceed seven pages in length. Using the full seven pages and the set paper template, papers will be around 3000 words with associated figures, tables and references. A single column format has been adopted to encourage use of larger full-page-width figures and graphs to illustrate monitoring data and results.

Following this template, papers must use 10-point Calibri font, with a justified format, single line spacing and 6-point gap after each paragraph. Papers should be formatted to an A4 paper size (21.0 x 29.7 cm), with 1 inch (2.54 cm) margins around the full page. Referencing should follow the Harvard style (see examples at the end of the template). Figures and tables should be placed as close to their reference point in the text as possible. All figures and tables must have titles and must be referenced from within the text. The length and formatting guidelines will be strictly enforced. Before submitting your paper, please ensure that it has been carefully read for typographical and grammatical errors.

Completed papers should be submitted to the symposium website by Monday 25 April 2022. Each paper will undergo peer review, and the submitting author will be contacted with any revisions and amendments that need to be made. Papers will be made available electronically to participants during the symposium, and after the event will be electronically published in pdf form and become publicly available. If you have any queries regarding your paper, please contact the ISFMG2022 organising team at ISFMG@in-conference.org.uk

Review Panel

Each paper will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
